Is my credit card charged as soon as I buy a Citypon?: Only if the required minimum number of buyers has already been reached when you decide to buy. If that minimum has not been reached yet, your credit card will not be charged.
I just bought today's deal, what's next?: If the minimum number of buyers needed is reached, we'll charge your card and send your Citypon to your email. After the deal's been closed, you can print off your Citypon or show it on your mobile gadget at the business to redeem it.
Do I have to use my Citypon the same day I buy it?: No you don't. You can use your Citypon any time from when you receive it in your email inbox until the date it expires (The expiry date varies with each deal, be sure to check this in the "Fine Print" of it.)
I bought a Citypon but I just found out my credit card was declined, did I lose my chance?: On the occasion that there's an issue processing your credit card, (it could be a typo or a number that was incorrectly entered) we give you 5 days to fix the problem so you don't miss out on the deal. You will receive an email the day after your purchase so you can update your credit card number.
Is it safe to use Citypon?: Yes it is 100% safe. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers and any other personal information is not sold or given to any third parties, including businesses for whom you've purchased Citypons.
Can I buy a Citypon as a gift?: Yes, in fact that's a great idea. Just select the "Gift" option when you're making the purchase or click on the "Gift Certicate" option on the home page to give Citypoints as a gift to that special someone. Your Citypoints worth the same as money in Citypon!
If I don't use the full value of my Citypon in one visit, can I use the rest later?: No, if you don't think you'll use up the full value by yourself in one visit then brighten up a friend's day by inviting them to come along!
Can I get a refund if my Citypon expires before I use it?: Sorry but we have to say no on this one. Make sure to read the expiration date for every Citypon and plan to use it before then, so this doesn't happen to you.
I bought a Citypon but I'd like to return it, what should I do?: Returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis, if you're having a problem with your purchase please let us know within 5 business days. After that we won't return your purchase.
What if a business closes down before the coupon expires?: If something happens that makes it somehow impossible for you to redeem your Citypon, we'll make sure you get your money back.
I know friends who would love Citypon, how do I get them to subscribe?: Go to "Refer a Friend", you'll receive a referral link that you can send to all your friends through email, facebook, twitter or pretty much any other way you can think of.
What happens when the person I refer subscribes to the site?: The friends that register using your referral link, will join your network automatically and for every purchase they make on Citypon, they'll make you earn a percentage in CityPoints of the value of the Citypon purchased divided into 3 levels: 3% for the Level 1 Friends, 2% for the Level 2 Friends and 1% for the Level 3 Friends. Everybody wins so start referring!
How many times can I send my referral link?: You can refer as many times as you like, there's no limit on the number of people you can have in your network or the amount of CityPoints you can earn. If I received referral links from several people, who gets the CityPoints?: The person whose link you use when susbcribing to the site and buying your first Citypon will receive the Points, so it's up to you to decide who'll get them!
